PRELIMINARY REPORT
This is a service offered only by Sunshine Pearls. If you purchase one of these reports, your item will be sent to an independent GIA certified lab. The lab will carefully exam your item and then the lab will send your item directly to you and will mail the preliminary report separately. This service is non-refundable, since the report is done for you, the customer, and it cannot be transferred to another customer. It will take 1 to 2 weeks for the lab to finish the report.
The value of this report is that it is done by a highly qualified and highly respected independent lab. The results of this report are therefore non-biased and are never over-inflated.
These reports are not insurance appraisals and may not be used as such. They are provided solely as an independent opinion of quality, physical characteristics and approximate retail value of your item.
A separate report must be purchased for each item you want a report for. If you order several items and only one report, only the most valuable item will sent to the independent lab to be examined. Each report is $58.
