You have a full 60 days to return these pearls. If these pearls do not meet or exceed your expectations, within 60 days of purchase, just return them for a full refund.

Furthermore…we GUARANTEE that you will not find a better pearl necklace, pearl earrings, pearl bracelet, or pearl pendant of equal quality, at or below this price. If you do, simply return the piece within 60 days for a full refund.
Furthermore…if we have offered you a bonus gift with your purchase, you may keep it, as a “thank you”, for trying us out.

Sunshine Pearls Return Policy
This guarantee is valid for all products except custom orders or products that are specially modified for the customer including stringing at a custom length or with a clasp other than our standard ball clasps. Custom orders are non-refundable. SunshinePearls.com will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase.
Return and exchanges:
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or exchange to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A $20 shipping fee will be applied to all returned orders originally shipped out via our "standard shipping" option. Overseas and special shipping will be handled on an individual basis. We strongly recommend you purchase insurance. This protects you should your item be damaged or lost during shipment to us. Please mail your item(s) back in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
Procedure:
1. Obtain Return Authorization: Please contact us to request a Return Authorization number in order to ensure proper credit for return. You may contact us via email at returns@sunshinepearls.com.
2. Shipment:
a. We suggest that you ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival. We are not responsible for lost packages.
b. Please place item in original packaging and comparable shipping box.
c. Please write Return Authoriization # clearly on the outside of your box in black marker and include the Return Authorization number inside the box.
d. Packages must arrive at our facilities within 60 days of purchase for refund or exchange.
3. Conditions of Return:
a. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refunds.
b. Items must be returned in original condition within 60 days. Items with wear will not be accepted for refunds.
c. Custom orders cannot be accepted for a refund. This includes any item that is not in our standard catalogue.
d. Please note that it may take 2-3 weeks for a return to be processed to your credit card.
Please mail your item back in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
